Do you offer samples?
Yes, we offer a free, no-obligation, one-page sample edit. Just send us one of your documents, or a portion of it, to see what we can do for you. To get started, please click here.
Do you have a minimum or maximum word count?
No, but we offer discounts for texts over 15,000 words.
What kind of English do you edit for?
We edit for American English, British English, and International English, so no matter which side of the Atlantic you're on, we specialize (or specialise) in your style.
Will you use my preferred style guide?
Of course. Simply let us know what your preferred style guide is or provide us with a copy of your in-house style guide.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept Microsoft Word files (.doc) and text files (.txt).
Please contact us if you would like to submit your document in another file format.
What will I receive?
Unless you request otherwise, you will receive your text in a Microsoft Word (.doc) format. You can view the changes using the Track Changes feature and can choose to accept or reject each change, or to accept them all. You will also receive a clean version of the text with all the changes already incorporated.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
Our editors are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards and maintaining your confidentiality. If requested we will sign a confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement.
What is your privacy policy?
Innoword's policy is to only use the information you provide to fulfill your order. We will not share your contact information with anyone else.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. Clients within the European Union also have the option to pay by bank transfer.
